Hello,
I had been having troubles with one of my remotes not locking/unlocking the car, I pulled it apart and the rubber button bit was covered in a clear greasy liquid. After wiping it away from the rubber and the circuit board it now works 100%. Must have been some condensation or something.
Just thought I should share in case others were having the same issue.
I replaced the remote battery a few months ago, so no problems there but you may want to replace yours just in case
