Ok guys thanks for replying, I really just need a straight answer.
1. The fan will not rotate with the engine on.
2. The fan will rotate with the aircon on.
3. If it is the fan relay, which one is it, the relay cover has three of them labled with pictures of the fan on it, being G,H and K. There is currently no relay in G, so I guess its not that one.
4. Could it still be the sending unit still that is the problem? If so where is this located.
5. How do you remove the relays, do they just pull out after you take the clips off the sides of each relay?

It only comes on at a set temperature.so if it work for the A/C you know the fan is ok,just idle for a while see what happens.

Does it get hot at any time and then your putting the air on cools it down or is it a matter where you just have not heard it
