Hi Blokes,

My standard deck in my KW has died :) I am now replacing it with a pioneer single din deck. However i want to get the old one out without damaging the trim.....

Anyone have step by step instructions for this kinda thing?

I appreciate any help guys, even if its just the starting point....

There have been excellent threads in the past, with step-by-step and pics. Try the Search function of these forums - there will be lots of results. Also, by navigating the sub-forum titles, you might find a DIY section that's worth checking out. (As I'm just home from work and ready to crash, sorry - I'm not looking too far tonight!).

There are def good threads on cars up to TJ, and I think also TL/TW series (which are very similar process, just some differences in the upper console and siting of air-con and audio).
