On the complience or build plate under the bonnet there should be a paint code.
Its just a couple of letters or the like.
Take that to autobarn and they can tell u what it is and mix u up some if you need it.

Find the build plate , get the PAINT CODE, then try searching on these sites.

Are you serious, "Scarlet Cardigan"?
I'm guessing Madeira Red Pearl which MAY HAVE replaced Chianti Red from the TR series in the TS upwards models. BUT I'M ONLY GUESSING!

Yeah its called Madeira Pearl as mentioned above, be careful if you get paint from AutoBarn using the paintcode. There are two on their computers the same, and you will need to describe the colour cos apparently they are very different colours.

The last TF's in Madeira Red were TF Solaras in August 1998, its a common colour on the Solara.
After that 4 new colours (Cocoon White, Astral Blue, Burra Pearl and Lugano Green) were introduced and used in the last 4 months of TF production up to early December 1998 and carried over to the TH which production started late December 1998. During the last 4 months of TF production, the TF Sports was dropped.
