My build is quite frequent on MEA, there is also a Verada on there that is coming along well. Then we have another 3rd Gen that will be underway in mid december.

The other Magna is but not the Verada.
Tom's Magna is one that has just appeared on MEA, he is waiting for some gear then it will be very interesting to see.

Bumpo back to the top!
I need a bit of information with regards to sound deadening the front doors in a magna. The largest hole in the door. will that reqire MDF to cover that up? once its covered in with MDF do you then sound deaden the MDF as well?

Yes, that is a common practice.

any thoughts on brands of sound deadening or cost, everyone seems to say dynamat but that might cost more than the car

Unfortunately you get what you pay for - most reviews I've read of cheaper sound deadening materials haven't been favourable.
the most common and fair priced sound deadener is dynamat. some shops are using the plain old outdated dynamat but selling it at the same price, if ya pick up dynamat make sure it is dynamat xtreme or tell them to bugger off. ive been a member of mea for about 2years know plenty of audio know how and guides well worth a look for anyone
