Not worth doing just bushes, there is much more to an alternator than just the bushes, you have diodes, reg, armature etc etc

If you want a secondhand one from a low mileage car I have them here, I can also get new ones but they are good quality units, no the cheapo fleabay ones.

Is interesting that yours has quit so early as far as mileage goes though
