What is the relay marked 'G' for as it was missing from my fusebox. I realize it's cooling fan related but there are other cooling fan relays. I also checked another TJ and that had the relay missing......

Different models have different fan set ups so it's properly only used in some models

That's for the medium compressor or radiator (forgot which one) fan speed. Came across it when I wired in my climate control. It taps into the differnt poles on the fan giving it a different speed. According to the electronic diagrams, cars with C/C will have it wired in, manual A/C won't. H and K are for low and high speeds (or vice versa).

BTW: Some of your fuses are in up-side down :P

I have tested all my spare fuses with the multi-meter and every one was continuous which ever way round I put the leads, so what are you getting at???

the way i understand it , the relay is used to bypass the power transistor ( which controls variable speeds ) when the high setting is selected. climate control models have it i think.
