Any of you happen to know what your transmission model numbers are? I know there's a post here for the 4 speed auto and Driver told me what the 5 speed auto is but I'm keen to know what the 5 speed manual is as well.

Yeah, that's the post I was referring to. It's only for the 4 speed auto and I know what the 4 speed auto but it doesn't list the 5 speed manual

From the aforementioned post.
The gearbox model number on manual magna's is "F5M51-1-F5N"
Although I believe the 3.5L manual is different to the 3L manual.
3.5L didn't come out in Manual until TH coz the earlier gearbox wasn't strong enough
Mitsiman uses stock gearbox on his car. Says they are solid as.
Mine has a savage clunk going 1st to 2nd @60K so previous owner must have flogged it.
Dealer says it needs new syncro bands.
Damned supposedly easy driving family man!!

Sufz... for once you're right
Thanks, Bogus_ID. Hey, I thought that the manual would be the same except that some of the more recent models have a different first gear ratio.
Oh, now I feel like a fool as I've emailed MMAL saying I know the auto number is... and I want to know the manual number lol Oh well. I hope they get the drift.
So...
Manual magna's is "F5M51-1-F5N"
I'll update when I know the others.
