Hey guys,

Yesterday I noticed that my car developed a slight tapping noise when under low revs
Sounds like metal on metal
Anyways got the car home and noticed that the drives side mount was shagged, whole top half broken away

Just want to know if it's ok to drive until I get a new mount?
Also if having a busted roll stopper mount will cause it to crack faster? As my car has a tapping noise in the engine bay with clutch out and goes away when clutch is in
Have been told its a shagged rear mount

I have a spare car so if she cant be driving then all good :)

If your engine mount is busted, as bad as you say I wouldt drive the car any distance until it fix :)
