ok so they are
245/35/20 +40
all magna falcon and commodore are +40
245/45 tyres on 18x7.5" rims fit on my car - 2003 AWD TJ SII
You will also need to know the width of the wheel to know if it will fit.
eg: if this happens to be 20x10 I'd say it probably won't fit and it won't be legal.
If your car's tyre placard shows 7" wide wheels as an option, then 8" is the max legal width in NSW. I think other states are the same, but not 100% on that.
If they are 20x8 +40 then it should fit, but you should test fit to be sure before you hand over the $ :)
p.s. are you sure about commodore being +40? I've just never noticed commodore measurements before becuase their PCD isn't compatible with Falcon/Magna.
We've got 5x114.3 and they've got 5x120 or something (112?).

Holden wheel stud patteren is different to fords, so they won't fit. Magna, ford and toyato wheel stud are the same. But if I'm wrong someone will pointed out lol

Best to put them on and try it out, the only way really to be sure. Some people report bad tramlining with low profile 20's, you could test that too. There must be a reason why they are only 1 month old and the owner is selling them. Ask him.
