Are universal joints available for the front Tail shaft. ?

I think you mean ? the CV (constant velocity ) joints on the front drive shafts ?
Yes you can get replacement CV joints by themselves but often it is more convenient for the home mechanic to get the whole drive shaft as a replacement.
What are the symptoms of your problem ? Are there any noticeable noises when your turn at low speed ?

I mean a Universal joint on the tailshaft same as Valiant/Falcon/ Holden rear wheel drive

AWD has a driveshaft that goes aft to the rear diff, Sybian. lol Most of us FWD owners aren't used to that. lol Try a Mitsu dealer for the joints. At least get a part number so you can shop around.
