Hi Guys,

My 380 had its timeing belt done about 3 weeks ago and has just developed a kind of whistling/wering noise in the engine. The dealer said that the new belt sometimes does this, and have booked it in for a check up. Anyone else had this kind of problem?

aparently thats all it was - the belt just wearing in. they had a good look at it for me and couldnt find any problems :)

I have heard of this before and had it on our Suby as well. Shouldn't pose any issues for you.

Same here. Had the dealer check it out anyway after the TB was replaced and they just readjusted the tension.
