Hi all, just wondering what is the average cost to have valve stem oil seals replaced on a KR verada?
cheers

Likely about a days labour. There are threads on here describing ways to do it if you or someone you know knows a bit about working on engines.

Valve stem seals can be replaced on vehicle without removing the cylinder head. I would imagine that the front bank would be worth 1 or 2 hours labour and the rear bank an extra hour.

Anyone know where to get the seals only?
I'm not keen on buying a head set, since all I want is the valve seals. Also want front crank oil seal, so any ideas?

Try a car parts store, they may have to order them in.

Good advice, it seems: My local Repco has them in stock! $36 for VS seals and $12.50 for the crankshaft oil seal.
Ordered the "in situ" valve compressor from ebay too and will get a set of valve cover gaskets and she'll be like new again!
