Hi guys,

Just done a blue LED conversion on my second gen......this is the third car I have done this to and by far looks the best. :woot: :dancin:

Thought I'd post a couple of pics and get opinions etc.....

Also put some nice clean white LED's in the number plate, sorry for the fuzzy pic but the iphone has an average camera. :(

I like the blue cluster but hated the orange needles, the elite had a white needle cluster with italtic writing which looks heaps better blue :) You can mod the clock (if you have one) and the switches blue as well using a 3mm LEDs and a 360 ohm resistor :) If automatic, the automatic shifter and button can be modded as well lol

But blue cluster look awesome :D

I have done the heater controls too, but wasnt very happy with the result, it is very blue for the temp and you can barely see the rest of the switches. As soon as I can figure out how to get the heater controls out of the car I will look at a better solution. The LED globes for the verada clock are currently on their way to me as well so it will look complete.

I don't mind the look of the orange needles......white would look better but me and fiddly things don't go well together LOL

I have just finished converting the rear lights so both globes on each side are stop/tail instead of one stop and two tail.......just grabbed some holders out of a wreck and they screw straight into the bulb holder plastic thing, even the holes are there.

I will be doing my LEDs installion tormorrow, so I will upload some photo to show :) Yeah I'm going blue/ white maybe I just make the ac contol white lol But yeah there heck of work removing damn thing lol Here a photo of my dash at night :)

are the odo and trip meter lights seperate, and in the dash. or do they just iluminate from the above lights
