Ok, i've searched but to no avail.

The fuse box panel on the side of the dash which states 'PULL OUTWARD' - how the hell do you remove it? It seems to be fairly secured, and i've tried some force but with no luck.

The fog light button has fallen into the dash and I want to try and fix it.

yes...but the way it's seated i can't see how it will just pull out...

I had the same problem, and discovered that you have to pull really really hard because the clips are tight mofos. Yes, it does pull 'out'.
