Climate Control..?

If so, get under the dash and check all the vent motors.. If possible take a tub of grease with you and a small screwdriver so you can apply a little grease to them.. If they don't move at all when you change from Face to feet or whatever.. Might be time for new motors

Not sure if this will help, but on most cars with vacuum operated servos which control the flaps, the most common problem is loss of vacuum to the switch - either knocked off when installing a new head unit or just split/damaged. One way to check if it is a loss of vacuum is to locate where the vacuum hose goes through the firewall - detach this on the engine side and try sucking on the tube (engine off and aircon controls off)....if the hose is still connected under the dash to the switch you should only be able to suck a certain amount of air out, but if you can keep sucking it indicates there is a leak somewhere under the dash. There should also be a one way vacuum valve between the firewall and the manifold where the vacuum takeoff is - check this is still connected.
Good Luck.

Verada are electronic, not vac operated

The usual issue will be where th rod from the control motor attaches to a white plastic part, this pops out of the carrier so when you select different areas for the air to go, the arm moves but the flap arms do not, this is easy to pop back in, you will see a long slot it belongs in

ALso check the elec servo motor is operating, when you change air direction, you should see the arm move
