So I'm looking into getting a set of side window deflectors for my car. I'm not a fan of the OEM Mitsubishi ones, too big and ugly for my liking plus the nonsense with tape and clips. These are available for the US Galant which has the same doors as our 380s. The advantages of this brand is the mounting system, they actually slide up into the window sills, no tape or clips to mess about with. You can also get both front and rear sets which I prefer for looks.

The only problem I can see is shipping, it's pretty expensive due to the size of the box that has to be used. I am posting up to see if anyone else is interested in a set, so we might be able to save a bit on shipping.

Cost for a set of four (front and rear) is $103.00 from Summit Racing (product link) (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MNA-72356) or $99.95 from Weathertech Direct. Shipping for the set would be approx. $110 either way for one set. I will be contacting both companies to see if either would be able to pack up a few sets in one box for us.

You can get something like that from any Mitsubishi dealer, I have them on my 380 and the Ford version on my XR8. They are just slimline weather shields. They do come with some brackets but I just used the tape as that's all that hold them onto my Ford as well.

They don't have rear ones though, never saw rear ones before.

Yeah, I'm aware of those available from Mitsubishi, but I'm not a fan. Clips and tape, front only etc. I think Weathertech has a better solution. I am interested to know how much you paid for yours though, if you can remember. :happy:
