i'm using the Eclipse AVX head unit...

so far i've found out it plays DVD/DVD-R/CD/VCD/SVCD haven't really tried many other formats, but i'm sure it allows JPEG downloading for screen savers etc, and possibly MPG and other formats, unfortunatly it doens't allow MP3's on a DVD-R, that would be sweet!! (but a ***** to navigate!)

tonkins installed it for $2000, not too bad seeing the quality of the unit, and theres nothing else that has to be added to the unit to make it fully functional (has built in 5.1, time alignment, seperate EQ's for centre, front, rear, etc etc... the list just keeps going!)

Awww, I thought you meant a real DVD-Audio player.

Can't wait for the day when I can afford a nice 10.2 setup with DVD-A and SACD.
