Hi guys,

II stupidly put labels on 2 cds and when I went to change a CD it came up with an error message "E 03" & I can't get them out. The CD player is not working as a result. Hand book is useless.

Anyone got any ideas that don't require major surgery?

Any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

There should be a little hole on the front of the CD drive where you can push in a paper clip. The CD should pop out once you insert the paper clip. See how you go!
