I am new to these forums so forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I have a question that has been plaguing my mind for quite some time. Can I replace the SOHC 6G72 3.0l engine out of my 1994 Magna TS Exec with a DOHC 6G72T from say a 3000GT? I do realize its one hell of a power jump but I am intent on making my car one of the ultimate sleepers on the street. If anyone has any advice or knowhow... I am eager to learn.

Yes it can be done.
Gotrice has put that motor in his TS (still NA however), Tufftr has put the 3.5L DOHC in his TR also, and may have more mods on the cards...
PM either of these two for more info, ive never done it but its a big job but with great rewards im sure.

Im on the iphone right now so cbf typing heaps. But the tt motor will need quite a bit of custom piping to make fit as you need to remember its a totally different front end. Or you could make me an offer on my DOHC diamante? Saves you doing a conversion ;) FWD TT's have been known to run 11's with supporting mods which is insanely fast for a 3L. Shoot me a PM with anything you need to know.
The DOHC 6G74 is known to actually pull on a 72TT....then again all they need to do is wind the boost up and off they go!
