I highly doubt it without lots of welding, fabricating. I wouldnt attempt it without many years of fabrication experience behind me. R30 skyline rear lights are much taller.

Why would you want too?

I hope that wasn't a serious question

Find one and a tape measure, if they are similar sizes they might fit. Or if its only circles you want, try opening up a spare set of taillights and putting 2 circles of masking tape in it and painting or nightshading the area around them? Outside might work too but could look funny.

I think the only remotely close attempt was by Sseby with some altezza lights. They didn't come out so great.
Edit: This was on a 3rd gen, None the less first gen rear tails would just not work like this.

model 31 rear lights

skyline lights ''to fit have to cut a bit of boot

and flatten the existing taillight area

a lot of metal shaping and bog

For the cost purposes you could pretty much buy an R31 for the same price you'd spend wasting money on a first gen.

For clarification. R30 and R31 tail lights are quite different.

But yeah. If you want an R30, buy one hahaha. Preferably a DR30. MMMM FJ20 goodness =D
