after removing my dials in my tj vrx (manual) ive put the needles back on and at 100ks its saying just under 3000rpm, this seems to high....
anyone know what it should be set at?

Why not set it at warm idle?

Set it at 80, rpm is 2000rpm dead.

When you put the tacho needle back on how did you do it?

The way i did mine was either idle the car and put it a 750rpm or put it on 0 wind it to the end a few times then i was set.

Ahhh I wouldnt be touching the tacho mechanism by hand thats for sure.

Turn IGN ON or start the car and apply the needle to the idle position but JUST. take it for a drive and make sure its how it was rev wise to km's. if it is, then press it back down hard and put it all back together.
