So here I was thinking its a cool idea to stick a Sylvia S13 fuel pump in my Magna TS V6....... now shes gasping for fuel. remember folks, check the flow before you stow. looked alright for a butchered pipe tie ridden pump bracket and she went alright for a bit before burning out the relay and coming to a spluttering stop 10k from home. needless to say, i did this for teh lulz. :) :)

I do not see how or why you would do this for luls.
Just sounds like a "Why would I even THINK of this" to begin with.

hahaha, sorry for the late reply, just a "dont do it" kinda message, I am batsh*t crazy but wont be doing this again EVER. pushing a car home 10km by myself took me forever and taught me good and well.

so the problem was your fitment not the pump? Its likely the car was OVER fuelling not starving. I modified a few silvia oem pumps to fit other cars over the years. Good peice of cheap gear and flow enough fuel at 45psi for 280hp

im not sure, all i modified was the connector to the pump itself. it fit fine into the bracket. mind you, getting the bracket out of the TR and back in again was a F*ck around. but yeah, she just stopped after pushing the accelerator to the floor. the problem was remedied by putting a KR/KS verada pump in there that i bought from repco. so i just assumed the pump wasnt strong enough.
