Recently had the battery disconnected which locked the stereo. It's the factory Clarion stereo. The manual only mentions how to set the security code but not how to reset.
Any help?
Thanx

Take the car's VIN to the mitsu dealer and they will look the code up for you. (Read this in another thread somewhere)

You should be able to call up a dealership and quote the VIN and they can tell you the code. Not all seem to be able/willing to do it, but I had no issue getting mine when I needed it

I rang them up for my Verada's factory radio code, they asked who I was, or should I say which of the known-owners I was (it was like multiple-choice) and they gave it to me no worries (Launceston Mitsubishi). If you have the VIN or alternatively the original registration number they can do it easily.

Call a different dealer. I think I called Dandenong Mitsubishi and they just gave it to me when I had my battery disconnected.

I mean seriously, who's gonna nick a freakin' stock Magna radio!!
