What I know:
That's a Ralliart wing
Those lights are from a KE/KF

That's it unfortunately. Possibly a Ground Effects kit from the US, but I couldn't be sure unless I saw a photo from the front as well. Got any more pictures?

Not sure, they might be called roof spoilers or rear sunshades or rear window spoilers as well, places that sell those rain deflectors might carry them. I think its just a piece of stick on acryllic with a pattern printed on or a tint. I don't have one so can't really help. Shipping to Italy is probably going to be expensive as well.
