Hey guys I have a TL with condensation appearing in the passenger side headlight, how hard is it to remove, can it be fixed or should I just get a whole new light?
Cheers guys, Aaron.

I knw in the Verada's there was a design change to prevent this, may have even been a recall at one stage which means that you may, despite warranty being expired, be able to get into a dealer and discuss with them
If not, you may be able to remove the light, take out the globes, have the holes facing up and warm up the light (no not in an oven lol) so as to evapourate the water and let it steam out of the light. Would need a few hours like this to make sure you get it all out
As long as the light is nice and warm should do the trick
We used to dry out cloud base searchlights with the blow side of a vacuum cleaner directing the heated filtered air into the cavity by way of a short length of garden hose....simple and quick as it's the air movement that speeds up the drying. This way you would not have to remove the lamp...just remove the bulb. You could also use the suction side but there is more chance of getting dust on the reflector.

i have the same and im gonna pull it off and chuck the hairdryer in the bulb hole lol just cbf atm :(
One of the headlight on out TF appears to have a lot of dust in it. The horizontal surfacesinside are brown. I miagnine that th ereflector is similarly dulled off a bit. Can the light be dismantled to clean it up? Also, can I replace just the headlight glass (not the whole assembly)?

if its external fogging you can get 'pastes' from autobarn and supercheap that you buff the light with, i have heard of people who put the headlight in the oven on low temp to warm up the glues then remove the plastic but i've never done it so i cant recommend it. head to your local wreckers and get yourself a new headlight if you want
Putting it in the oven softens the glue enough to pull the glass off the backing, but searching on ebay for a while you might find a 2nd hand exec headlight or pair for cheap, which might work out easier.
