try a quick bleed at the slave cyl
top up the master cyl with brake fluid
if no better
has to be a faulty part
if the clutch pedal wont return its the master cyl cups

Hi magna buff,
Only had a quick look at it before, the clutch pedal fully returns.
would you be able to write up a step by step on how to bleed the clutch?
any other ideas would be great..
Cheers

it is gravity feed system but two ways to bleed
One : on my own I use a broom stick to hold the pedal down
press the stick into the seat the other end on the pedal to keep it in place
Two with helper to hold the clutch down
while you crack open the bleeder nipple on the slave
so air is expelled and only fluid comes out
tighten the nipple
let the pedal up
then refill the master
dont let the master run dry
make sure the slave cyl rod moves in and out
if that doesnt fix it
the problem may be in the pressure plate of the clutch.

Classic sign that the clutch plate is worn down to the rivets, had that happen on a TS 2.6 manual at 220,000 km.
No quick fix in that case.
