I'd assume not, the 3rd gen has a centre retractable seatbelt, and the speakers are in diffrent locations...

Nope. The third gen one is huge compared to the second gen one, if you trimmed it down you might get it to fit.

blah thanks guys, reason i was wondering is becuase i actually want to try and get a retractable middle seat beat and my parcel shelf is cracked anyways so i was thinking if it fit it might work but LAH! lol
