im a little rushed tryin to figure it out my self so if you guys know it off the top of your heads, it would be handy..

i need a sealed 40lt box (1.5cu.ft) for my 15" sub.. atm its sitting in my tyre bay.. is there anyway i can seal my tyre bay (providing its 40lt) apposed to making a custom enclosure :?

any design notes? pointers?
