My steering wheel is in pretty bad condition, the sun's made it a bit floppy. What kind of Mitsubishi steering wheels would fit a TR? I'd love a 380 steering wheel, but I'm assuming it wont fit.

380 steering wheel has controls on it so would be unsuitable unless you want to go to the trouble (someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
Just get a 3rd gen wheel. Leather ones go for under 100, Ralliart ones go for around 250 these days (used to be around 100, that's how much I got mine for).
Hell on eBay one went for 350 a few weeks ago.
The vinyl ones go for dirt cheap. I've got a brown vinyl one if you're interested lol.

The 380 buttons are behind the steering wheel. You wouldn't even notice they are there.

You can fit any third gen or 380 wheel in so far as bolting on
The issue you wil have is the 380 airbags etc
now if your second gen has cruise and or airbag, then you have a clock spring set up and can adapt. If not get a thrid gen leather wheel with the non airbag backing (ie te-th) and it will go straight on
I had one on my KR Verada for years, was a great improvement

So if I was to get a 380 wheel and bolt it to my TR (doesn't have airbags or cruise control). Would it still work? I don't really care about having a working airbag or anything, I just love 380 wheel's, they're beautiful and the big Mitsubishi logo right in the middle is nice haha.
saw a 380 wheel on a basic tr last year, tho the guy was a engineer and nothing in that car was left 2nd gen lol so technically it is doable but is it worth it?? i wouldnt think so youd be surprised how nice the 3rd gen wheels are over the standard 2nd gen type
