Hi Guys

I have a TS Magna and wondering how do I change the right side headlight. High beam light is fine just the normal light that's not working.

There's the front black plastic grill which can be taken off via clips.

After removing that I see that the front right headlight has 2 bolts attached to the car.

Can anyone suggest how to change up the light inside the headlight holder.

Sorry If I'm pretty vague don't know much about cars.

My Car looks like this one http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f6/1994-1996_Mitsubishi_TS_Magna_Executive_sedan_04.jpg

Thanks

Josh

if its wiring or just a bulb
i think can you change the bulb without
taking the headlight bit out

if the battery is on that side take it out
you may see the headlight wiring better

all from inside the engine bay

Yep, bulb is changed from inside the engine bay. Rubber cover, big clip, easy job. You might have to take the washer bottle out first though.

If you want to take the headlight right out, there are 2 10 mm bolts hidden behind the indicator as well as the two behind the grille.

The car is called a MAGNA, not a MANGA by the way. lol Welcome to the club by the way, hope you are able to cope with criticism and other stupid comments! lol

Further to MadMax's comment, the indicator comes out by sliding it forward, it is held in place by a black plastic prong, usually with a metal clip/spring to give added pressure. Take off the metal clip (DON'T LOSE IT, the blinkers tend to fall out without them), press the plastic prong in, and she'll pop right out, exposing the other two bolts holding the headlight assembly in place.

Bulbs can usually be changed without removing the headlight assembly, but the right-hand one can be a bit finicky for a first-timer as the washer bottle is in the way. Actually, I believe places like Supercheap will change your bulbs for you either for free or for a nominal fee? Obviously when you buy bulbs from them...
