Hi...

Few alarm questions... doesnt help that the manual is in chinglish.

1. (please refer to attached picture) In the top right there is the immobilisation part of the alarm. Now the question is what do i do with the "white" wire? is that supposed to be earthed? is is supposed to be connected to the "key on position" part? The dotted line is confusing me. Id think its supposed to be connected to the key on position...

2. The blue wire "negative trigger door side switch" is that just tapped into the interior light circuit? and it just senses when the voltage dropps because its earthed?

3. Which direction should i point the siren? I was thinking down because it would hit the ground and kinda spread out, whereas pretty much all the directions in the engine bay is designed to stop noise.

thankyou for your time.

1. i dont have a clue but i would say yes hock it up to the On part its worth a try.

2. yes... "negative trigger door side switch" < means when the negative switch (door switch) is open it creates a circuit which is truggered by the negative door switch. all i did for this was unclip the drivers trim that goes up the window from the dash to the roof and ull notice a red and a red/black, my memery i i think its the red wire, just split the cover and solder the blue wire on

3. well ive got mine mounted up because of the wires there pointing down now so its not as noticable but the only problem i have with this is i have to cover it when i clean the enghine bay so i dont get water in it. my manual said that if the sirens mounted horizontaly it increses the sensitivity of the shock senser (cos the shock sensers inbuilt in the siren) so it doesnt really matter

hope that helps
