Hi,

my parents recently bought a 2003 TJ Magna with an automatic tipotronic gear selector. Its a nice car but has a few issues. One issue I'd like to try and fix is the light around the gear stick console. It doesn't come on.

I took the centre console out this morning, removing the plastic surrounds. I could see under the gear stick housing to where a light bulb would be. Can anyone tell me the procedure for replacing the bulb? Or is the gear selctions lit by some other sort of system?
