Hi all,
with the daughters tr magna when you turn on the headlights and you put the car in gear on the dash it will say what gear the car is in. with her tr every gear other than DRIVE lights up, is this normal.
Is there a light for DRIVE??????

Yeah there is, most of the 2nd gens i've been in the globe doesnt work, just change the globe and it should all be good

Not at all,
Take the two screws above in the black cover infront of the instrument cluster, then remove black cover, then take out the 4 screws and remove the instument cluster.
The Globes are the same for the P,R,N,D,2 And L Lights, Just grab another one. They twist out

You can get the LED type version of the lights for the dash cluster. I think is a T10 type LED globe, Jaycar sell em and they are quite inexpensive. LEDs also draw very little power and last a long time compared to incandesant type globes.

My TR has never had the light for Drive working since i first got it. LOL

The dash cluster has four T10 and five T5 :) The light for the auto indication lights can not be replace with an led lamp :( As it a weird shape, so you need to go to the wreckers and pull them out the cluster there and rob the lights from them :)
