hi guys got a problem that vent works only on max dial. so its either off or max power. should be an easy fix. anyone know what is this switch called and where it is?

I assume you are actually talking about your inside fan, this is not a switch issue, is the resistor pack that needs replacing and is located in the bottom of the evap box
