Got home the other day, turned the car and headlights off... only to notice that the headlights were not off on the car but were on the stalk. :roflwtf: turning the car back on and off again with the switch in the off position fixed it.
anyone else had issues like this?

Ghosts or gremlins, or sticky relay under the hood, maybe next time it happens give the relays a thump and see which it is. Possibly a malfunctioning switch in the stalk itself.

dunno about you guys, but in my tj when you turn off the engine and then turn the lights on and flash the head lights then turn the lights all off the lights stay on for like 30 seconds pretty sweet then they turn of by themselves

Thats the "see me home" feature. You may have inadvertantly turned it on.
How to use it is in the owners manual.

Wouldn't happen to know how you adjust the timer on this feature would you? I've been meaning to find out for about 2 years, can't be bothered going outside to get the book :P

Within 25 sec of turning ign off, flash headlights for less than 5 sec, this will leave lights on for 30sec.
Extending that time is lengthened if the light stalk is pulled back for more than 5sec. Anywhere between 15sec to 5 min. Will vary due to length of time lever is held back.

Its a nice feature but would be better if it does it every time without flashing the lights lol
