Easy.
Remove grille. Little tabs need to be moved sideways. These need to come off the bodywork and reinserted into the grille for mounting later.
Remove indicator lights.
Remove headlights, (unplug first) and put aside. 2 X 10 mm bolts each side.
Remove 10 mm bolt at centre of bar.
From under the car:
remove 14 mm bolts - long extension needed.
remove 2 10 mm bolts at sides, one at the end is hidden behind splash guard.
Pull bar forward.

Probably missed a step or 2 there. lol (Like, removing the splash guard across the bottom of the bar)

If the reo bar is bent the skin can be removed.
