Usually still comes down to either bad grounding, or running your signal wires (e.g. RCA connectors) along next to your power wires. They should be run on opposite sides of the car, or 1 up the middle, 1 up the side, etc.. and only cross at 90 degrees rather than run parallel at any point.
Do you have any RCA+Power runs at teh same time? Also for your grounding points, have you sanded down the area it connects up to? Also are you running any devices off the same earth or power line as your amps?

sounds like a wiring issue, did you only just install these amps or have they been their for awhile
I'd suggest you go through a process of elimination to determine what the cause is.
What amp setup do you have? I'm going to assume monoblock and 2/4 channel? Are the RCA cables for those amps connected via a splitter of some kind?
eg.
Use an ipod and 3.5mm - RCA lead on the amp to see if the noise is still there
Change ground connections, clean, sturdy locations, all that good stuff
Most annoying thing to come across would be dry solder joints anywhere on the PCB in the amp, headunit, or sockets.
Have fun!
Magnas are notorious for speaker buzz due to the stereo being so close to the ECU. One thing I am going to try after my loom swaps is to ground my head unit to the top of the dash rather then the bottom (further away from the ECU). What kind of head unit do you have? Let me guess - Pioneer?

Sounds like your running your power/ground cables too close to your RCA cables, seperate them a LOT, thats why you run RCA cables down 1 side of the car seperate from ground and power, they might be near each other where the amps are, thats why they are on seperate ends of the amp.
