Hey guys, any help would be great asap. I have my entire stereo system removed from my magna to move into my new car (subi forester) apart from my head unit, which is managing to hold on by ONE CABLE! I had the unti installed professionally and can't for the life of me figure out how to undo the last cord (which im assuming is the power cable). Its an Alpine CDE-9872E.
Here's the picture:

Does that black thing undo somehow? or do I remove it from wherever that cable leads? (right up into the dash)
Cheers guys

The cable that is attached looks like a antenna cable - should just pull apart at the black plastic connector housing.

ohh, sorry i know nothing about headunits. yeah the black cable with the round black bit in the middle running through the middle of the photo.
i tried to pull it apart and couldnt figure it out, didnt want to be too violent in case i broke something.. will give it another tug if thats the way to go

Try harder. No doubt it is the antenna cable
