You are aware of the cost of a respray?
Try eddy wreckers or mitsibits

Resprays can be cheap if you for example, just do the exterior of the car. Theres generally no need to do inside door james, under bonnet, boot lid etc. Just an outter spray is more than enough, unless you are looking for a showroom finish.
Just be sure that they put an extra coat or two of clear on the car, thats the most important thing.

Finding any of kits will be tricky. Mitsubishi don't have much stock of the VRX kits anymore and all the places you could buy the spares have dried up. Also, you can't buy ralliart parts from Mitsu without actually owning a ralliart. Besides mitsu prices would've have been insane anyway. From memory the rear bar of a ralliart cost something like 1.3k alone.
Your best option is second hand if you want the genuine plastic ones. Obviously try wreckers for them. Alot of pick-a-part wreckers don't realise that the car has an expensive kit on it so you can pick them up for cheap. They came up from time to time but rarely do you ever see a full kit, so be quick and keep an eye out. Currently there is alot of body kits selling, but there hasn't been much for a long time, so now is the time if you're serious. Sseby34 is selling a complete kit. I know currently TimmyB is selling a pewter VRX rear bar with side skirts, Life is selling sable black VRX side skirts, Wiggle is selling GE sideskirts if you wanted those, and there's Franga selling a damaged Ralliart front bar that needs some serious TLC. The ralliart parts are the hardest and by far the most popular ones so again speed and being ready to pay a good amount for them, is key.
Otherwise if you did want brand new then www.carmate.com.au sell full FIBREGLASS kits. They are not cheap and they're not known for taking care of the items you bought during transit. Members here have received already cracked kits before they ever opened the box. Remember fibreglass is brittle so it is not very flexible. IF you have high driveways, rough raods etc expect it to be sitting in the panel beaters workshop often if you don't take care of the kit. Evidentally I'm not a fan of fibreglass body kits and I'd opt for plastic ones anyday.
Keep your eye out here and on ebay - especially this seller - johno7933 (http://myworld.ebay.com.au/johno7933&ssPageName=STRK:MEFSX:SELLERID) He used to sell full vrx kits but his stock ran out or he got rid of his moulds, but he still does sell some bits here and there once in a while. I know he sold a ralliart from bar a few months ago...
Anyway Good luck with the search - this isn't cheap - especially considering that the magna wasn't the most popular car for modifying with body kits etc - they sell here fast so monitor the For Sale section heavily....

I have full original non painted ralliart kit (spoiler is in mason white) that I'll part with for $3000 or full VRX one all in white for ~$1000. I can take photos if you are interested.
Both kits have front and rear bar, side skirts (+skirts), wheel flares and clips and spoiler.
I bought that last bar from John7933.

thanks please put pic on thanks
Im looking into getting some moulds up and going and would be able to make them out of fiberglass with epoxy resin, which should be a little tougher and more flexible than the cheaper polyester resin.
