Hi all,
Done a bit of a search through but couldnt really find any recent posts to help me. Basically im after a nardi gearshift for my KF! Already have the nardi wheel just need that something extra to complete the package!
Does anyone know where to find one? Where has everyone found theirs if they are willing to share the info and how much would i expect to pay?
I will put up a WTB thread aswell but this thread is just to see what everyone knows!
Cheers guys
GTV/GTVis had them I think. Maybe only some?

That is the Diamante console with MMCS. Basically it is a touch screen system with climate, nav, and 10 stacker cd. Unfortunately they are all in japanese.
As for the Nardi shifter, They do not come up very often even on the Japanese eBay (yahoo) and when they do, the last one I was involved in bidding on, went for $130 AUD.
Now, I got mine from NZ. (They have lots of wreckers with the JDM cars)
I paid I think about $65 for it delivered but this is because I had a friend to pick it up for me and post it to me. Unforunately I have had trouble getting more.

Mate Just google NZ wreckers and send emails.
Ask for Mitsubishi Diamante Nardi Gear shifter. They are either wood or they are normal like ours.
Send a pic for clarity.
I only tried Auckland because that is where my mate was based. However I have been unable to turn up any more. And my mate has come back to Aus. So try other places.
For clarification, all the KJ2 GTV/GTVi models have the Nardi wheel as part of an option pack with wheel and shifter.
KJ2 Xi cars have the shifter on its own (the wheel was a $350 addition) and the KJ2 EI & AWD had the pack optional (for $495) Many KJ AWD cars have the option to entice sales of that model.
Also, not all of them are the same colour, being that wood is different. JDM cars used the KE/F brown colour woodgrain until 98 or so. So the wheels and shifters from earlier cars are stained to match.

Another quick question. Do you need another gear shift assembly or will it screw on to the leather assembly? The leather with the nut or the standard gearshift with the screw?

No, if you use the one you got from me it will be fine. These use a nut under the button like the leather ones.
