Yes i did a search, but couldn't find anthing.
Anyways, Will a 3rd Gen wheel fit a 2nd gen?
and will the 3rd gen cruise stalk plug into the 2nd gen plug?
Cheers
Chris

I think Cruiser had a ralliart momo on his KR for a bit, unsure about the plug though. Sparky might know, he has been playing with electric bits from 3rd gens on his 2nd gen recently.

I has no clue about the cruise control part but third gen steering wheels fit. Best bet is to go to a local wreckers and try it out first :)

I have done this and it does work.

Wheel will fit no problems, but I had to use the 3rd gen clock spring and cruise stalk to get cruise to work (clock spring is the black plastic thing that detects the wheel position and also links wires between steering column and steering wheel)

In addition, you will need a TE/TF cruise stalk as the later ones have a different plug and then no master switch on the dash.

Well it depends, the KS cruise has the button on the stalk so if you have one like that, then you will need the later cruise stalk type

Yep, actually had it on a TR Exec. The splines on the steering column and wheel between third gen and second gen are exactly the same.
