Hey Guys Before you say check the tires, I cant because im out of town for the week and I dont know what they are. I am hopping that if I write that my Magna is a 1996 TE Executive some one can help me out and tell me if I have stock 14" or 15" rims

it will be 15's but you can check on the tire.
eg. mine says 240/40/18 which means 240mm wide, 40mm from the outer edge of the tire to the rim and 18 inch's total. :)

The 40 is the height of the sidewall as a percentage of the tyre width, so 40 percent of 240 is 96mm sidewall height
also they'll be 235 or 245 but not 240
it will be 15's but you can check on the tire.
