Now that two of them have snapped into the block, How do i get the remains of them out?
EDIT:Is a TR 4cyl

If they've snapped off flush with the block, you'll have to drill into them, and use a screw extractor. Applying heat around the bolt also helps, especially if thread locker has been applied.

That would be the two around the blanked off water passage. Drill into them, use a screw extractor, when that snaps off you will need to take the block to an engine shop to get them retapped and helicoils inserted. Sorry - a poo of a job. Blame it on poor coolant.
