ok i have sourced another ralliart front bar going to mod it want to put mesh in it
i have never done mesh is there any types best to use or stay away from and would sikaflex be ok to hold it on

mesh from a auto store i guess, sikaflex i think would be more then great for the job

The honeycomb mesh from the FPV's would look awesome on a ralliart bar.

I'd say don't go for the usual Supercheap stuff, you want something with a decent gap in it otherwise it just looks like flyscreen. Try an aluminium supplier, ask about "expanded (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=Uy7&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&q=expanded+aluminium&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1266&bih=720)" aluminium, should be able to find something suitable for a shedload cheaper than the FPV stuff.
And I'd recommend screws to hold it, at least to complement the sikaflex.
