Hi everyone

My daddy got a new car and we have kept the Magna for time being, anyone a mechanic or good with the Magnas? I am wanting to improve it a bit, don't want to invest too much in it because I think its depreciated pretty badly now 3k was the trade-in quote.

Its got a new sports exhaust but that's about it atm, any ideas of cheap and worth while/value mods I can do to make it a bit more stylish and worth the drive? I am thinking White (blueish) LEDS in parkers because it it shared with the headlights cabin so the head lights will look a bit blue?

Any hints or tips welcomed, thanks guys and girls =)

Check out my ride thread in my sig.

Search for "bang for buck" using the search function as well.

Cheap and worthwhile unfortunately doesn't really go together with modding. Better off spending some $$$ on detailing gear and keeping it stock but in good nick imo. Like Dingers said, flicking through Members Machines and you should get some ideas about what you could do.

LEDs in the parkers won't do too much - I imagine they'd be overpowered by your headlight bulbs. And if they're blue, they're very illegal (and tacky as well, in my opinion). You can go for whiter headlight globes too, but the cheap ones are crap, and the good ones (Philips Crystal Vision or Diamond Vision) aren't cheap.

I have a "Riversand"-duco Solara (TJ series 1) which I have kept at very low kays and stock. It still looks great, imho. However, if I were to change one thing (and I had the money to do so!!!) I'd change the alloys. The Mitsubishi-issued alloys for this model (Manta series) were small and plain, imo. They're okay, but good mags make a car look really tops.
