my friend brought round his TH magna, and the footwell was full of coolent. Had a look at pretty certain its coming from the heater core.

I had a read on here about how to take it out and everything. I will take the dash out to remove it as he said the aircon was regassed and i think its a better way anyway.

What i want to know is what o-rings or seals do i actually need to fix the problem? does anyone have any photos of the seals that need replacing. I wanted to do the job in a day, so i was thinking i could take it out, then take the perished o-rings or the whole thing down to clark rubber, because they have a pretty big stock of o-rings, and just get what i need. Or does anyone know the o-ring size or seal sizes?

You can only use genuine seals also be aware the core and or pipes may also be rotton and need a pressure test

Thet are seals not sure what more i can say. You are best calling your local dealer or you can get from me but even if in the trade i cant do trade price and you are best off calling a dealer. The seals are a couple bucks each
