Hi Guys,

I've spent some time searching and haven't really found any clues to my problem, so my apologies if this is already been covered.

My TW VRX AWD has developed a noise that seems to be coming from the centre console. I can't ignore it anymore as wy wife keeps complaining about it and won't turn the stereo up any more. It pretty much a constant now, all gears, speeds and road surfaces. Its not dissimilar to the rattles that emanate from my kids TJs too so I was wondering whether this is a chronic issue?

I guess I'll have to figure out how to pull it apart, but any heads up will be appreciated.

PS, Any preferred mechanics/workshops for Magnas in the ACT area?

My TJ11 Vr-x had a bad rattle from the centre.
Turned out to be the clip-in plastic guides at the sides of the ashtray. The sound went away when I held the ashtray.
I ended up stopping it by using a small amount of silicone glue.

Now I just have two rattly doors to fix!
