Hi all, When I bought my KH, I got (the same day) a Pioneer AVH-P6850 DVD HU.

At the time this was the best one on the market (about 5 years ago now) and subsequent additions of tech mean I would need to buy a bluetooth module for it.

Now, has anyone got a bluetooth module for their pioneer units that can answer my questions?

Basically, I want to wirelessly stream music from my iPhone through the car HU and also have the thing funtion like a hands free kit.

Is this possible?

My HU is still very good and has TV, 6 stack dvd, steering remote and touch screen etc etc so I want to keep it. But also keep it current.

Looks like you can. Check out p 57 of the manual (http://www.pioneer-latin.com/downloads/crb2163b.pdf).

Cheers mate. I have checked the manual. It looks promising.

I was wondering if anyone had one of these though so they can tell me if it can control an iphone streaming music. Say the phone is streaming a song and I press pause on the HU, it will or won't pause the song.

Streaming over bluetooth is one-way, just the content, thats it.
Skip, pause, track select, folders, playlists, everything will be done by your Iphone.
Pause will not work, mute of course will.

I have the BTB-200. After apple introduced A2DP into their iOS, I can say that you can play, pause and change tracks from the headunit.
