Hi all Im new to the forums, I am having troubles with my auto gear box delaying changing gears like my car will go up to 4rpm then slave to change the gears up, Im looking for a fix, I am changing the Transmission fluid filter this weekend and hoping it will fix the problem, as suggested in a few threads i read here today it could also be the TPS and I cannot find the thing lol So if anyone has a picture of it or a diagram that would be great. I have some pictures of my engine and close ups of the stick that moves when the gears are changed, I appreciate your help and hope its something minor!

the TPS for a carby model
is on the underside of the carby
as seen from the passengerside mudguard

its a black semi circular one with wires

the fault may be in the TCU unit

to reset undo the battery terminals for a while then refit

the TCU is under the carpet below the radio

Thanks Magna Buff I will have a look this arvo and Reset the TCU I know my Partner did it once and it worked for one lap around the block then the gears went back to the same old issue but I dont think he left them off long enough
